My brother's girlfriend recommends measuring green tea out in 'pinches'. If so, are two or three sufficient? She is also a great believer in re-brewing green tea over and over again, perhaps with an extra pinch now and again. Any ideas, please?

I really want to try Green Tea. I have heard it is so good for you and has so many health benefits, I can't wait to order a few different types to try. I was just wondering if you could recommend the best way to prepare it .... Is it right that you don't use milk? Would you put in sugar, or honey, or lemon? Or just leave it plain? Does it taste anything like black tea?

How many cups can I drink a day before seeing any signs of stomach discomfort from excessive caffeine ingestion ?

I have read that the symptoms can be avoided by introducing milk and sugar to the tea, but I feel that the tea should be drunk naturally.However, I don't want to end up getting the squits.
